It's been a tough year for our M. Peewee Red team ... but this weekend it was all about teamwork!

Our first game against Leaside Flames ended in a 3-1 loss and the start of the tournament didn't look so promising. Our team re-grouped and we ended up beating the West Hill Golden Hawks in an 8-0 win.

The third game would be our greatest challenge against the Oshawa Falcons (who hadn't loss thus far). Keeping up our momentum from the previous game, we won against Oshawa in a 3-1 victory.

Ending up in 1st place, we would once again face the Oshawa Falcons in the finals. Knowing the challenge that we were up against, we scored a quick goal in the 1st period to take the lead. Not letting up for the entire game, we finished with a 4-1 win and Gold Medallists of the Scarboro Sabres Select Tournament.
